Items usually ship in 24 hours. Or at least 2-5 days from date of order placement. Delivery date is based on the shipping option/provider you choose at checkout, and that information may appear on the shipping quote page. Please note that it may take longer for items in our 'Special Occasion' collection to ship. Please contact Customer Support if you need your order sooner.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell may be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in it's original condition; unworn, untagged and unwashed. Original Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 3-15 business days after it has been delivered to us, depending on your card processing company.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, or log into your account. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. This return policy applies only to orders placed on xcelcouture.com. For orders placed through Zulily, Jane, etc, please contact their Customer Support.
